“IFA has clearly shown: Trade show business is picking up again. This trade show was therefore a great success for the electrical trade organization. We are also optimistic about the fact that our E-Haus attracted such strong interest from visitors and media representatives,” says Alexander Neuhäuser, Deputy Managing Director of the ZVEH: “The current global political situation, but also the pace set by our government in terms of the energy turnaround, are playing into our hands. At trade fairs like the IFA, we can then show: The electrical trades have the know-how and the solutions to successfully accompany Germany through the energy transition.

“It was a great pleasure to be back at IFA in Berlin and to feel the energy that continues unabated from our industry even after a two-year break. IFA 2022 has managed to build almost seamlessly on the successes of the pre-Corona years. In addition to the numerous impressive innovations from exhibitors and the industry’s important commitment to sustainability, I’m taking away two impressions in particular from the show: enthusiastic people - exhibitors, trade visitors and the general public alike - who are delighted with the personal contact and hands-on experience that only a trade show can offer. And the realization that IFA, as the leading international trade show for consumer electronics and home appliances, is firmly linked in its DNA to Berlin as Germany’s most exciting city.”
