China Household Electric Appliance Research Institute?hereinafter called CHEARI?was established in 1964. CHEARI is approved by State Commission Office of Public Sectors Reform(SCOPSR), is affiliated by State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council(SASAC).It has owned the following state-level research center: National Household Electric Appliance Quality Inspection and Testing Center, National Smart Home Quality Inspection and Testing Center, National Household Electric Appliance Metering Station, National Household Appliance Industry Information Center and so on.
