The Nuremberg-based company's stated goal: to be a specialist in fully automatic coffee machines for the specialist trade. The present could hardly look better: More than 50 employees are currently working on just under 2000 square meters in Nuremberg's S'dwestpark - plus another 13 colleagues in the sales team.

No fully automatic coffee machine can replace the skills of a very good barista. But it can carry the knowledge of a very good barista. That's why NIVONA works closely with coffee experts during development and gets additional feedback from the scene. This is how our Aroma Balance System came about, for example.

"Our fully automatic machines should make the best coffee as easily as possible," says CEO Peter Wildner. It's not just the purchase of cappuccino and co. on the fully automatic machine that should be uncomplicated. Cleaning the fully automatic machines should also be self-explanatory. In addition, every customer can remove the brewing unit from his NIVONA and clean it himself.

NIVONA also wants to keep the paths and processes as simple as possible. Despite a structure with very different dealers and very different demands.

From the very beginning, NIVONA saw itself as a brand for the specialist trade. Both roasters and electrical retailers offer NIVONA fully automatic machines. "We want to sell where people know about coffee."'

Around 2400 dealers in Germany now trust NIVONA. Because NIVONA fully automatic coffee machines are convincing, because the NIVONA concept is convincing. Because NIVONA is well received. Because the people of Nuremberg focus on the essentials: coffee enjoyment of the best possible quality.
