Innovation Director in charge of Digital, Business Intelligence/Analytics, and Fan Experience at Spain's Valencia CF since June 2018. He is responsible for all data/business insights of the club while also managing tickets/pricing, fan experience, and customer support departments from a data-driven angle.

Segarra has contributed significantly to the club's ambitious digital transformation and co-founded the Innovation HUB project.
