Ole Nielsen holds a master degree in mechanical engineering with specialization in refrigeration. Ole has been involved in Montreal Protocol matters since 1993 in different capacities and since 2011 as Chief of the Montreal Protocol Division at United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).
