Ningbo Forward Plastic Co., Ltd., is an innovative enterprise collected with research, development, manufacture and sales operations. Corporation's main business is committed to the manufacture of plastic, electronic, lighting and grocery products. The factory is located in Yuyao City, Zhejiang Province (No.30 Ruhu West Rd. Simen Town), occupying an area of 6,000 square meters of construction area. The factory's main processing type for plastic products is OEM. Current products include grocery, LED lighting category, household goods and low-voltage electric appliances. Factory mainly trades with foreign countries, basically European and American markets and we have a wealth of OEM experience. Forward Plastics has long term inspection qualification with BSCI, WCA, SQP, Wal-Mart factory etc.The company has its own right to import and export and business mode combines both industry and trade operations. Besides basic management departments, we'd like to emphatically introduce our two major production workshops.Basically the company has two workshop structures, injection molding workshop and assembly workshop. The injection molding workshop has 15 injection molding machines, and one 3000 g large injection molding machine, which can be used to produce large plastic parts. It runs 24 hours nonstop.The assembly workshop has five 25-meter-long assembly lines that can accommodate up to 180 employees for production at the same time. It's equipped with four pad printers, two ultrasonic, two high-frequency fusing machine, two heat shrinking machine and one plastic vacuum forming machine and other commonly used equipment.
