How to download the IFA 2024 app and choose the login type?

  • Go to the iOS App Store or Google Play Store and search for "IFA". Download the app onto your phone. Once downloaded, attendees will be prompted to choose between "General Public" or "Trade & Exhibitor".

How does the general public login?

  • On the login page, they just need to enter their email address to gain immediate access. No password is required.

How do trade visitors and exhibitor representatives log in?

  • On the App login page, they need their email address and the password they created during setup.
    The registration ID received in their "Activation email” is for one-time use only.

What if a trade visitor or exhibitor representative forgets their password or can't find their badge ID?

  • They can use the registration ID from the activation email sent by the IFA app. If needed, they can reset their password.

Who should trade visitors or exhibitor representatives contact if they encounter issues with the app?

How many IFA app representatives will be onsite?

  • There will be 4 IFA app representatives onsite across 3 days (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), stationed at South, North, East, and Hall 11 for customer inquiries.

Where can people get help when the IFA app team isn't onsite?

  • Customer inquiries will be available in Hall 11 on Monday and Tuesday.

Can exhibitors scan badges within the app?

  • No, exhibitors need to have purchased scanners through Livebuzz to scan badges in real time.

When attendee request a meeting with an exhibitor, where will the location be?

  • The meeting location will be at the exhibitor's stand or public meeting location available in the app.

When a trade visitor or exhibitor representative exits the app, will they need to log in again?

  • No, the app will remain logged in unless they log out.

Is the map interactive?

  • Yes, it is. Attendees can enter a location, and the app will show the path, estimated time, distance, and arrival time.
