Digital Performance Manager (all genders) Permanent employee, Full-time · Berlin



With the expansion of conference content across IFA Berlin as well as the Content and Media Hub, IFA is searching for a Digital Performance Manager to help oversee all necessary aspects of website traffic and variety of projects.


The position will support the Marketing team’s work with a variety of projects and tasks including: 

  • Build an SEO and keyword strategy for the IFA brand to drive traffic to the website and enhance our content across all mediums

  • Establishing best practice guidelines for website management

  • Improving the performance of the website through page optimisation, visitor navigation and UX design

  • Maintaining the relationship with our website host ASP and implementing new features and deployments to engage web visitors and showcase us as a tech leader

  • Driving the app integration between our supplier and internal systems (Livebuzz, ASP & Salesforce)

  • Able to create excellent rapport and build trust and strong relationships internally with peers and externally with suppliers, contractors and clients.

  • Interested in consumer technology

  • Excellent communicator with great collaboration skills

  • Able to adapt to different technologies including floorplan tools, CRM, project management tools, full Microsoft suite

  • Self-motivated, pro-active and able to take responsibility

  • German and English language skills
