Marketing Content Executive (all genders) Permanent employee, Full-time · Berlin


With the expansion of conference content across IFA Berlin as well as the Content and Media Hub, IFA is searching for a Marketing Content Executive to help oversee the administration of the content. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of our global events content strategy, including the Content & Media Hub.

The position will support the Marketing team’s work with a variety of projects and tasks including: 

  • Interpret copywriting briefs (event news) from the marketing managers and write clear, compelling copy for various mediums (e.g. email campaigns, social posts, articles, website and any other medium needed by the business)

  • Build persona profiles and a tone of voice guide for specific audiences understanding how copy can be used to attract, convert, and retain our audiences 

  • Source images and footage for email campaigns to further engage audiences

  • Build design assets for our various mediums with our agency that can be used in email campaigns to modernise the brand and tailor content to each audience

  • Assisting Marketing Managers with the day-to-day administration and organisational tasks needed to ensure maximum productivity



  • Technical skills, ergo comfortable with current digital tools 

  • Interested in consumer technology

  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills

  • Timekeeping skills, excellent phone manner, organised and ability to meet deadlines

  • A self-motivated and innovative approach to tasks

  • German and English language skills
