- Leadership and Motivation of the Sales Team: You lead and motivate a team of sales managers, fostering their development and ensuring a high level of performance motivation to achieve shared sales goals.
- Market Analysis Preparation: You support your team in creating comprehensive market analyses for our product segments, including monitoring competitive events to strengthen the positioning of IFA and the respective product segments.
- Development and Implementation of Sales Strategies: Together with your team, you develop sales strategies and initiatives, including the creation of upsell offers, and monitor their successful implementation.
- Marketing of Exhibition Spaces and Sponsorships: You oversee and strategically manage your team's activities in marketing exhibition spaces, sponsorship, and brand activation offers to customers from various segments.
- Customer Acquisition and Support: You assist your team in acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing customers across our various product segments to foster long-term and sustainable customer relationships.
- Conceptualization of Special Areas: In close collaboration with the content, marketing, and operations teams, you lead the conceptualization of thematic special areas to support the positioning of our product segments.
- Customer Contact: You serve as an experienced point of contact for your team, ensuring that a positive customer journey and experience are provided.
- Reporting and Presentations: You oversee the preparation of reports and presentation materials by your team and present the results and strategies to the management.
- Lead Generation: In collaboration with marketing, you coordinate your team's lead generation activities and ensure the continuous expansion of the customer base.
- Collaboration with the Sponsorship Manager: You work closely with the Sponsorship Manager to develop standardized sponsorship offers as well as customer-specific concepts and support your team in marketing these offers.
