If you want to set the CB radio on AM modulation, you must change the standard of the radio. If your radio is preset on a standard that does not support AM, pressing the AM/FM button won't produce any effect. Choose a standard that supports AM. Read the user manual for the instructions on how to change the radio's standard.

✔️ Double squelch, adjustable and digitally automatic

The PNI Escort HP 7120 is equipped with a digital automatic squelch. The manual and automatic Double Squelch module offers settings on 28 and 9 levels together with the RF Gain function for a finer adjustment of the reception.
