Hadnet Tesfai began her career in public radio, hosting for Radio Fritz in Berlin. Given her deep passion for music, it was no surprise that her next step led her to MTV, where she quickly became one of the channel's prominent faces. Her journalistic skills, along with her extensive knowledge and understanding of pop culture, have since taken her to hosting roles for ARTE and festivals for 3Sat.

From the red carpet at the EMAs to hosting a weekly RBB show on contemporary culture, and gracing major stages like the Berlin International Film Festival Berlinale, which she has opened and hosted for four consecutive years, as well as the "GQ Men of the Year 2022 Award," Hadnet Tesfai's range is unparalleled.

In September 2023, she stood alongside Prince Harry before an audience of 18,000 people at the Invictus Games in Düsseldorf, where she hosted both the opening and closing ceremonies.
