Sci Innovation Center

Sci Innovation Center was established simultaneously in Toronto, Canada and Shenzhen, China in May 2017. It is one of the ten international innovation centres designated by the Shenzhen Municipal Government. It has successfully operated three innovation centers in Shenzhen and Toronto, with a total area of more than 10,000 square meters of innovation space.
Sci Innovation Center is an important achievement of the friendship city exchange between Toronto and Shenzhen. It closely cooperates with venture capital institutions, incubators and universities in China and Canada to jointly promote Sino - Canadian project cooperation in new energy technology and other high - tech fields. It is committed to deeply integrating Canadian advanced technologies with the Chinese market and capital, and fully devote ourselves to the incubation of technology - based enterprises and cross - border acceleration, realizing technology transfer, market promotion, investment consulting, industry cooperation and industrial implementation. In addition, Sci Innovation Center has also initiated brand activities such as the Sci Innovation Competition, Sci Innovation Summit, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Sci-Tech Innovation Conference, Sci Culture Festival, as well as professional incubation and acceleration courses such as the CAP China Industry Accelerator Program and the RAMP North American Science and Technology Innovation Acceleration Camp.
SCI Innovation Center will organize AI & Deep Tech Industry Competition of the 2025 Entrepreneurs Next Star & Millon Prize Global Challenge (Nanshan Shenzhen) during the IFA exhibition. This is a large-scale dual-innovation demonstration activity and technology event based in Shenzhen Nanshan and radiating globally. The competition has now reached its 18th edition, having attracted over 20,000 innovative projects to participate over the past 18 years, and has identified and nurtured over a dozen listed companies and unicorn enterprises such as DJI Innovation. Currently, the competition has become a high-quality platform for enterprises to effectively connect with capital, talent, and industrial resources.
