He has a unique background in smart home, smart building, IT, and IoT industries, being the Managing Director of Z-Wave Europe, having worked for a networking manufacturer (D-Link), 'for a system integrator (Controlware), and for several start-ups (Senseforce, Smartfrog) and as an investor (Aeotec Group). Mike is also Board Member of Germany's largest association for Smart Home and Smart Building, the SmartHome Initiative Deutschland e.V. '
