Sersim is one of Türkiye’s oldest family-owned appliance manufacturing companies. Our founder, Mehmet Ustaoglu, started his business by establishing his first factory in Kayseri in 1977. Since 1977, we have achieved many successes in the home appliance sector with all our partners and employees. Our mission is to be the field leader by offering user-friendly and sustainable products to our customers, to be a company that produces innovative, fast solutions, and shows flexible production capacity. We were lucky to be established in Anatolia, home to many different food cultures. This has taught us many things and thanks to what we have learned, we have been guests first in the homes and then in the hearts of thousands of people around the world. Of course, it was not easy to meet the needs of all these different cultures. For this reason, we have changed our production and marketing processes over time. We renewed our products and strategy to respond to the unique characteristics of each geography. Today, we have 3 different production facilities, each of which covers 215,000 square meters, and we are one of the largest home appliance manufacturers in Türkiye. We export to more than 150 countries and are one of Turkey's most exporting home appliances companies. We are among the 500 largest industrial enterprises of the Republic of Türkiye and one of the 10 companies with the highest number of utilized model registrations. We are a big family with more than 2000 employees. In addition to cooking and cooling appliances, we also produce refrigeration and commercial product lines, which we sell to more than 1200 customers under OEM and our private brands. As one of the leading manufacturers in our field, we are growing our production volume, production range, and sales market every year. We prepare new generations for the future and endeavor to educate them in line with the principles of sustainability with all our strengths.
