Sales Manager (all genders) Permanent employee, Full-time · Berlin
YOUR TASKS
- Create market analyses for our product segments such as competitive events to strengthen the positioning of the IFA and the corresponding product segments
- Participate in the development of sales strategies and initiatives, including upsell offers
- Responsibility for the marketing of stand spaces, sponsorship, and brand activation offers to customers of various segments
- Acquisition of new customers as well as management of existing customers for the various product segments
- Conception of thematic special areas to support the positioning of product segments in collaboration with the content, marketing, and operations team
- "One face to the customer" with the responsibility for creating a positive customer journey and experience
- Preparation of reports and presentation materials
- Coordination of lead generation activations in collaboration with marketing
- Collaboration with the sponsorship manager to develop and market standardized sponsorship offers as well as customer-specific concepts
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed studies in business administration or similar
- Enthusiasm for technology and digital media is a plus
- 1+ years of professional experience in a sales-related role
- Strong sales skills and enjoyment in selling and customer consulting
- Excellent communication skills and high persuasive power, ideally bilingual
- Analytical skills, business understanding, and organizational ability
- High level of customer orientation and quality awareness
- Strong affinity for advertising, technical, and digital products
- Very good knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office
