  • Create market analyses for our product segments such as competitive events to strengthen the positioning of the IFA and the corresponding product segments
  • Participate in the development of sales strategies and initiatives, including upsell offers
  • Responsibility for the marketing of stand spaces, sponsorship, and brand activation offers to customers of various segments
  • Acquisition of new customers as well as management of existing customers for the various product segments
  • Conception of thematic special areas to support the positioning of product segments in collaboration with the content, marketing, and operations team
  • "One face to the customer" with the responsibility for creating a positive customer journey and experience
  • Preparation of reports and presentation materials
  • Coordination of lead generation activations in collaboration with marketing
  • Collaboration with the sponsorship manager to develop and market standardized sponsorship offers as well as customer-specific concepts


  • Completed studies in business administration or similar
  • Enthusiasm for technology and digital media is a plus
  • 1+ years of professional experience in a sales-related role
  • Strong sales skills and enjoyment in selling and customer consulting
  • Excellent communication skills and high persuasive power, ideally bilingual
  • Analytical skills, business understanding, and organizational ability
  • High level of customer orientation and quality awareness
  • Strong affinity for advertising, technical, and digital products
  • Very good knowledge of Salesforce and MS Office
