Miele to wow visitors with IFA "Open House"

Miele's "Power Briefing" built up anticipation to Miele's 3,000m² IFA stand in the company's traditional location in Hall 2.1. The themes for Miele at IFA 2023 are to be “more elegant, more smart, more sustainable,” with an enhanced product programme. Mr. Hörsch unveiled Miele's "Open House" motto for IFA: a spacious open stand giving visitors a homey, informative, multimedia and interactive trade show experience.

As last year, the stand has been designed to be consistently sustainable, with modular superstructures for reuse, extensive avoidance of waste, and climate-friendly logistics. Miele will also be prominently represented in the new IFA exhibition area the "Sustainability Village", with the Just Use Eco House.

Miele also unveiled a number of new and exciting products that visitors will be able to experience at IFA 2023. This included the new and updated version of their G7000 dishwasher featuring additional programmes, that offer a more resource-efficient alternative to the classic ones.

Speaking with IFA International, Mr. Hörsch emphasised that Miele is empowering consumers to live sustainably by “offer[ing] the perfect product, to give the consumer the opportunity to make the right choice.”

Another eye-catching product they showcased was the latest Miele TwoInOne induction hob, with a new all-black design and intuitive user features. Hörsch also lifted the curtain on their smart kitchen offerings. The Smart Food ID application implemented in Miele´s ovens with a camera uses AI technology to recognise ingredients and prepares recipes automatically. “Smart Food ID is available in a couple of European countries. The feature acknowledges about 30 recipes by now and we are continuously expanding the system”, Mr. Hörsch explained.

All of these innovative products and more will be presented on Miele's stand at IFA 2023.
