This groundbreaking device combines a high-resolution endoscopic camera with a medical-grade temperature sensor, enabling users to simultaneously measure body temperature and visually inspect the ear canal. With a measurement time of just 2 seconds and a temperature accuracy of ±0.2%, Otiton’s thermometer offers both speed and precision, making it ideal for home use, especially for children prone to ear infections.
What sets Otiton apart is our integration of artificial intelligence. Our diagnostic engine is trained on a vast dataset of over 55,000 ear endoscope images collected from Korea’s top hospitals. In collaboration with Yonsei Severance Hospital, we are expanding our dataset with 1,200 expert-labeled cases, enhancing the AI’s ability to detect conditions like otitis media with over 90% accuracy.
The device connects seamlessly to our mobile platform, Dr.In Home, allowing users to store, track, and share temperature readings and ear images via Wi-Fi. This enables remote monitoring, telehealth consultations, and proactive care—reducing unnecessary clinic visits and improving early detection of ENT issues.
Designed with safety and convenience in mind, the thermometer weighs only 120g and is made from flame-retardant ABS and medical-grade silicone. It features a USB-C rechargeable battery that supports up to 3 hours of continuous use after just a 1-hour charge. Its ergonomic design ensures comfortable use for both adults and children.
