(1 to 3 speakers – 60 to 90 minutes)
Masterclass
An expert-led session focused on advanced skills and professional insights, offering practical knowledge and techniques.
(1 to 2 speakers – 60 minutes)
Think of your session title as a quick snapshot – something that grabs attention and sparks curiosity. It should be clear, concise, and offer just enough insight into what your session will cover. Keep it brief and engaging – ideally around 60 characters, including spaces.
Identify who your session is for! Whether it’s consumers, industry professionals, experts looking for deep insights, or press and media – be specific. You can select more than one audience, but focus on those most likely to attend. Clear targeting helps attract the right people to your session.
Provide a clear and engaging glimpse of your session (max. 700 characters, including spaces).
Focus on the key topics plus insights you’ll share and why they belong on stage. Show your enthusiasm and help us understand why attendees will be just as excited. Highlight a sharp, specific perspective rather than broad industry trends. Make it clear what makes your session valuable, unique, and worth attending. And remember: this isn’t the place to promote products.
Provide three key takeaways participants will gain (max. 150 characters each, including spaces).
Make each takeaway actionable, concise, and aligned with current industry trends. Avoid vague statements – be specific and impactful.
For example, instead of saying “Understanding AI in Consumer Tech,” say: “Discover how AI-driven personalisation is transforming consumer electronics.”
Choosing the right speaker is just as important as the session topic – it plays a key role in the evaluation process.
IFA values diversity in every sense: gender representation, professional expertise, industry background, geographic origin, and lived experiences. Highlighting this diversity enriches the conversation, introduces varied perspectives, and brings deeper, more valuable insights to the stage.
Upload your session presentation or pitch. If you’re proposing a podcast or workshop, you can upload your file here. Make sure all media and fonts are embedded.
Feel free to include links, videos, or any supporting materials that highlight your experience and help your submission stand out. A short, creative video that brings your idea to life is always a plus – the team loves originality!
