    IFA Berlin 2026 takes place from 4 to 8 September 2026 at Messe Berlin, Germany. The Retail Innovation Zone opens at 08:00 daily. Exhibition halls open at 09:30 for trade visitors. On Friday 4 September, IFA is reserved exclusively for trade visitors until 12:00.
  • Can I schedule meetings with exhibitors at IFA in advance?
    Yes. The official IFA App allows trade visitors to browse the full exhibitor list, send meeting requests, and schedule 1:1 appointments before and during the event. In 2025, over 14,500 meetings were booked through the app. Setting up your profile early gives you the best chance of securing time with your preferred exhibitors. The IFA App 2026 will be available soon.
