Channel Well Technology was founded by Mr. Chung-Wei Pan in 1993, with its headquarters established in Taiwan. The company's primary operations encompass the research, development, production, and sales of various types of power supply products. CWT has long focused on the development of customized power products and vertical integration of upstream components, employing an integrated resource management model to optimize efficiency. This strategic approach enhances product competitiveness, fostering stable revenue growth and profitability. The company's products find wide applications across industries including information technology, telecommunications, security surveillance, consumer electronics, LED lighting, cloud computing, medical, and electric vehicles.

In 2020, the CWT Group commenced production of power supply products at its factory in Bac Ninh, Vietnam. Subsequently, the group has been establishing in-house production lines for magnetic components, wiring, metal stamping, plastic injection, and other parts at the Bac Ninh and Hanoi factories in Vietnam. This initiative aims to create an optimized vertically integrated production platform and intends to extend the supply of in-house components to local enterprises with component demands, thereby enhancing operational efficiency for the group. In recent years, the group has also actively ventured into the development of wireless charging products and electric vehicle charging piles, seeking to capitalize on the global technological shift for sustained growth momentum. Future endeavors will continue to prioritize investments in human resources and funding for the research and development of more advanced products with high power density specifications, leveraging existing strengths for sustained growth and positioning CWT as the preferred partner for global customers with power supply needs.
