Epico 10-Year Extended Warranty – Key Information

With Epico products, you receive an extended warranty of up to 10 years from the date of purchase.

The extended warranty begins after the statutory warranty period ends (typically after 12 or 24 months, depending on the legislation of the country where the product was purchased).

The warranty applies only to the functionality of the product – specifically to material defects and manufacturing defects – and does not cover normal wear and tear.

It does not cover battery or accumulator capacity, nor their natural degradation over time.

The warranty does not apply to mechanical damage, liquid damage, power surges, or improper or rough handling.

It applies only to the original owner of the product and is non-transferable.
If the claim is accepted, you are entitled to a product replacement.
If the original model is no longer available, we will offer you a comparable product from our current range.

If it is no longer possible to claim the warranty through the retailer, you can easily submit your claim through our online form.

Simply describe the defect, attach photos of the product, and include proof of purchase. We may request that the product be sent to us for assessment.
Warranty claims are usually processed within 30 days after receiving all necessary information or after the claimed product has been delivered to the designated address.
