Gyeongnam Technopark (Gyeongnam TP) is a public-interest foundation established in October 2006 under the Gyeongsangnam-do provincial government, headquartered in Changwon, South Korea. It supports the technological innovation and growth of regional SMEs through R&D programs, policy funding, and industrial infrastructure.
Gyeongnam TP leads the "On-Device AI Service Demonstration and Diffusion Project," supported by South Korea's Ministry of Science and ICT. The project supports the demonstration and commercialization of on-device AI technologies — including high-performance, low-power edge AI acceleration based on domestic AI semiconductors (NPUs), intelligent video analytics, and AI-based monitoring/control systems. Participating companies have earned international recognition, including CES Innovation Awards, and Gyeongnam TP continues to support the global expansion of these technologies.
