NEXUO is a Predictive Physical AI platform for industrial quality inspection, safety monitoring, and crowd analytics. Built by Next Integral, NEXUO runs entirely on-premise on NVIDIA Jetson edge hardware, with no cloud dependency, no data leaving the site, and no defect catalog required. Instead of training on thousands of labeled defects, NEXUO learns what "normal" looks like from good samples only, then predicts and flags deviations before they become failures or incidents — from production line anomalies to safety and crowd-flow risks in public venues. This "good-samples-only" approach makes NEXUO especially suited to low-volume, high-mix, or safety-critical environments where collecting defect data is slow, costly, or simply impossible. NEXUO is currently deployed across smart-city safety monitoring pilots in Taiwan (Kaohsiung Arena, Songshan Cultural Park) and is being scoped for industrial CNC and manufacturing quality-control use cases with partners in Taiwan and Europe. Next Integral is an NVIDIA Inception member (Top 80, Grand Challenge 2026), with an engineering team combining 15+ years of industrial computer vision experience across aeronautics, medical, and CNC systems.
