The Technology Application and Promotion Institute (TAPI) is the marketing and commercialization agency under the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) of the Philippine government system.
The Agency is responsible for promoting and financing the transfer of technologies by supporting inventors, funding prototypes, and facilitating access to R&D facilities. It also oversees the accreditation of inventors' associations and markets the services of other DOST operating units to bridge the gap between innovation and the marketplace.

A strategic partner in advancing national socio-economic growth by advocating a culture of innovation and promoting globally competitive and useful technologies.
