The ToolDance X1 is our flagship product: a compact CNC machining center that delivers the precision, speed, and automation typically found only in factory-floor equipment — now sized for a workshop, studio, or garage.

At the core of the X1 is a 1500W permanent magnet synchronous spindle running at 24,000 RPM, paired with a rigid cast machine frame engineered for vibration damping and thermal stability. The result is repeatable positioning accuracy at industrial tolerances and surface finishes suitable for end-use parts — not just prototypes. The X1 processes aluminium, brass, steel, titanium, wood, and engineering plastics with equal confidence.
Both dry and flood cooling modes are supported. The integrated flood cooling system extends tool life and unlocks harder materials, while dry cutting with the built-in dust collection module keeps the workspace clean for softer materials.

What separates the X1 from conventional desktop CNCs is its integrated sensing architecture. A dual-sensor system combining RGB imaging and structured light projection performs automatic 3D reconstruction of the workpiece and fixtures.
