VanaM Inc

VanaM develops not-yet commercialized next-generation thin film materials based on an innovative deposition source technology and core IP. It develops new material thin films required in deep tech fields such as AI semiconductors, quantum computing, and power electronics, and pioneers new markets through collaborations with various research institutes and industries. Currently, VanaM is building an eco-friendly micro foundry in Seoul where it has developed its first project, an energy-responsive semiconductor thin film, and is working on upcoming projects including optics and photonics.
