Can I buy a ticket with cash on arrival?
No, cash payments are not accepted. All major credit and debit cards are welcome.

Are animals allowed at IFA?
Only certified service animals are permitted. If you require special assistance, please request accommodations during registration or contact support@ifa-management.com.

Do children get free entry to IFA?
Yes, up to three children under 16 can enter for free only if accompanied by a responsible adult. Exceptions apply where explicitly stated at registration.

Can children attend IFA alone?
No, children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Exceptions apply where explicitly stated at registration.

How can school groups book tickets?
School groups and their teachers can purchase special group tickets. Orders must be placed in advance.

Is IFA accessible for wheelchair users?
Yes! Messe Berlin is fully accessible. Additionally, visitors with disabilities are entitled to one free accompanying ticket if their disability ID includes the designation: "B", "Bl", "GL", "aG" or "H".

Does my IFA ticket include free public transport?
No, IFA admission tickets and exhibitor passes do not include free access to Berlin’s public transport (S-Bahn, U-Bahn, buses, or trams).

Are there mobile phone charging stations?
Yes! Charging stations will be available throughout the venue. Locations will be clearly signposted.

When will the IFA mobile app be available?
The IFA app will be released in early August for trade visitors and by late August for the general public. Check back soon for updates. Important for trade visitors: To access trade features, you must register with a unique email address.
