Freight Services: Lifting, Forwarding and Storage
Kühne+Nagel has been appointed as the official and exclusive logistics service provider for IFA Management GmbH. Kühne+Nagel is the only provider authorized to use forklifts and other lifting equipment on the Messe Berlin grounds.
In addition to these on-site services, Kühne+Nagel can also offer:

BECO - Messe Berlin Stand service supply shop
The Berlin ExpoCenter Online Shop (BECO) - is your platform for ordering all the products and services you need to successfully organize your trade show appearance.
Access to the IFA 2026 BECO Shop is now available.
After successful registration, you will receive a link to assign your password by email.
BECO Shop Exclusive Services
The following services for your individual stands MUST be ordered through the BECO Shop:
Stand cleaning*
Stand security**
Waste disposal***
The IFA team is responsible for the general cleaning and security of the halls and aisles.
It is prohibited to hire external companies for the above-mentioned services.
*Stand cleaning: It will only be carried out if ordered through the BECO Shop. Waste will only be removed from your stand if you have ordered this service through the BECO Shop.
**General hall security: It is provided by the event venue for the duration of the event; however, the security of the exhibition stands is the responsibility of the exhibitor. Regardless of general security, the exhibitor is responsible for securing their exhibits and valuables, as IFA Management GmbH / Messe Berlin does not assume liability for theft or damage. Valuables should particularly be secured during the setup and dismantling phases.
***Waste disposal: Each exhibitor is required to book a minimum amount of waste management (in m³) via the Beco Shop of Messe Berlin.
To comply with waste management requirements, each exhibitor is required to book the minimum required amount of waste disposal in advance.
1. Calculate the minimum quantity
The minimum quantity is calculated using the following formula:
Waste (m³) = (stand size × factor) + packaging surcharge
Please refer to the table for the applicable factors.

2. Allocate across event phases
The calculated minimum quantity should be distributed as follows:

3. Book in the BECO Shop
The minimum waste volume must be booked in the BECO Shop of Messe Berlin and allocated according to the event phases as shown above.
Note: The quantity and event phase should be aligned with the stand construction at the final stage. Separating waste by type can reduce costs, as mixed waste is generally more expensive to dispose of.
Example
* Stand size: 80 m² (custom-built stand)
* Factor: 0.07 m³/m²
* Packaging surcharge: 1 m³
Calculation:
(80 × 0.07) + 2 = 6.6 m³ → rounded up: 7 m³
Allocation:
* Buildup: ~3.5 m³
* Event open days: ~1 m³
* Breakdown: ~2.5 m³
