Messe Berlin's new VisiFair system
Loading zone mandatory registration
For IFA 2025, access to the exhibition grounds, delivery, and pick-up during set up and dismantling days at the Messe Berlin ground is ONLY possible with registration and booking of a loading zone.
VisiFair booking portal: starting 14 July 2025.
With Messe Berlin's new VisiFair system, you can plan your stand deliveries on schedule. The distributed time slots for the loading zones significantly reduce waiting times at the loading gates, saving you valuable time during build up and breakdown periods. The VisiFair booking portal will be available from 14 July 2025.

In order to ensure the smoothest possible traffic on the exhibition grounds, please ensure that you have fully read all applicable entry and regulations in the Traffic Guide, which will be available soon.
