IFA 2025 makes travelling and accommodation easier - special conditions for trade visitors, exhibitors and media

Berlin, 11 June 2025 – IFA Berlin, the world's largest platform for home & consumer tech, is offering trade visitors, exhibitors and media exclusive services for travel, accommodation and mobility – for a comfortable and stress-free stay in Berlin.

Travelling with benefits - exclusive offers for IFA 2025

In cooperation with Deutsche Bahn AG and Lufthansa Group, IFA is offering special tariffs for national and international visitors.

From 1 July 2025, it’s possible to take the benefit of discounted prices for travel within Germany. Free city tickets for seamless connections at the start and destination and 1st class seat reservations included. Valid for travel between 3 and 11 September 2025, booking via the IFA booking portal.

International travellers receive discounted prices on Classic and Flex tariffs (excluding Green and Economy Light) from over 310 destinations worldwide - operated by the Lufthansa Group, with additional options via Air Canada and United Airlines. Valid for travel between 29 August 2025 and 16 September 2025, the discount is automatically applied within the IFA booking portal.

Central accommodation at special discounts in top Berlin hotels

For IFA, selected top hotels in the immediate surroundings of Messe Berlin are available with discounts of up to 30% - these can be booked easily and securely via the official EventBeds™ website. Special support is available for group bookings of 6 rooms or more. Due to limited availability, early booking is recommended.

Mobility in Berlin - connections to the exhibition grounds

Berlin's public transport network offers fast and reliable connections to all entrances to the exhibition grounds - by S-Bahn (including lines S3, S9, S41, S42), U-Bahn (line U2) or bus (X34, X49, M49, 104, 139, 218, 349). Alternatively, bike and e-scooter sharing, ride-sharing services and limited parking facilities including e-charging stations are available.
