Accessibility Masterclass (EAA Readiness) by Sozialhelden e.V.

As part of IFA 2026, Sozialhelden e.V. will host an Accessibility & EAA Masterclass for IFA exhibitors and professionals from product development, UX/UI design, innovation and marketing, as well as anyone interested in accessibility and inclusive design.

The interactive session introduces the European Accessibility Act (EAA) and its German implementation, the BFSG, and shows how accessibility becomes a driver for better products, user experiences and innovation. Expect practical use cases from consumer tech, including Smart Home, Gaming and Mobile, best-practice examples from the Sozialhelden Akademie, and a Q&A.

The format is developed and delivered by Sozialhelden e.V., with IFA acting as the platform that makes this expert-led session available to exhibitors.
