The HoopBus, a converted school bus with a basketball hoop, started as a project in Los Angeles and has since grown into a global movement that uses basketball to bring communities together.
A FIBA World Cup trophy already travelled with the HoopBus in 2023, when the Naismith Trophy stopped in Las Vegas during the NBA Summer League as part of the global Trophy Tour.
