Guiding principles:

  1. Esports is more than just play – it’s sport, culture, and community, and it deserves the same respect and standards as traditional sport.
  2. Esports requires responsibility: as part of our digital society, we must ensure that competition and well-being go hand in hand.
  3. Sustainable esports means fair opportunities for all – regardless of background, gender, or social status.
