Eric Millar is Managing Director of E-Square e.e.i.g., a leading European retail organisation with 16 members across 13 countries. With more than 20 years of pan-European experience, he has built his career across TCG Suppliers & Retailers throughout Europe. His mission is to drive commercial performance for E-Square's members across complex, multi-country markets — combining pricing strategy, channel management, and trade marketing with a growing focus on data analytics and AI to sharpen retail KPIs and decision-making as discovery and purchase behaviour shift upstream. His priorities include applying AI-driven insight to retail performance, strengthening channel partnerships across diverse European markets, and helping members convert earlier in the customer journey. With deep cultural and business fluency across Europe, Eric has built his career on open, direct relationships with partners and colleagues alike.
