Dr. Ina Nordsiek

Dr. Ina Nordsiek is a leading expert in corporate innovation and intrapreneurship. As the Director of Intrapreneurship at Miele, she empowers teams to create new business models and drive growth. Ina also serves as Managing Director of Pioneering GmbH, Miele's business incubator. With a Ph.D. in Strategic Knowledge Management from Freie Universität Berlin and an MSc in Business Administration, Ina has previously led innovation initiatives at UNITY and UnternehmerTUM, helping companies build future business.
