Julius Althoff

Julius Althoff has been Managing Director of the esports player foundation since April 2025. Prior to this role, he held various positions within the organisation, most recently as Operations Manager, where he was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations.

In his current position, Althoff leads the strategic development of the foundation with the goal of expanding support for emerging esports talent and launching new funding initiatives.

Guiding principles:

  1. We don’t need to justify esports - we need to shape it responsibly.
  2. Talent has no gender, but plenty of barriers.
  3. If you want to achieve sustainable success, you have to train and live like a world-class athlete from traditional sports.
