EcoFlow

After 20 years in automotive development—which culminated in the creation of the first bidirectionally chargeable electric vehicle, the E3—Peter Gutendorf became a co-founder of E3/DC, where he played a key role as Head of Development in designing one of the first storage systems for PV energy.
For the past 15 years, Peter has been driven by one motivation: people’s willingness to take their personal energy transition into their own hands—if given the right products. While he’s fascinated by the "makers of the energy transition," he knows that for many individual energy transitions to become a true collective one, no one can be left behind. That’s why he’s long been searching for the right products that enable everyone to drive their own energy transition—not just affluent homeowners.
EcoFlow offers fascinating, safe, and forward-looking products that make it possible for anyone to generate and store energy. It’s a mission that perfectly aligns with Peter’s own. As Chief Product Engineer, he works closely with customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland—helping them implement their personal energy transition, understanding their needs and feedback, and bringing that input directly into EcoFlow’s development team.
