Quan Gang

Quan Gang is the President of Roborock. With over 20 years of experience leading hardware development, he joined Roborock in 2016 and has since held several key leadership roles, including Head of R&D, General Manager of the Robot Vacuum Business Unit, and later, Vice President of R&D. Early in his tenure, he was responsible for developing and engineering the company’s robot vacuum drive system. He went on to lead the team through major milestones, such as the creation of Roborock’s first vacuum-mop hybrid and the implementation of a comprehensive product lifecycle management system—from development and production to sales.

Before joining Roborock, Quan Gang gained valuable experience at Nokia and Microsoft. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Radio Engineering and a Master's in Communication and Electronic Systems, both from the Beijing Institute of Technology.

Widely respected in the industry, Quan Gang is known for his hands-on approach to strategic planning and transformational processes. With his dynamic leadership and deep technical expertise, he continues to drive Roborock’s innovation and excellence forward.
