Dr. Saskia Meier-Andrae

Dr. Saskia Meier-Andrae has been leading  eBay’s business in Germany since March 2024, one of the company’s largest markets globally. She also leads the European Central Market (ECM) team, which is responsible for Poland, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, and Ireland. Her mission is to drive sustainable growth for eBay in Germany, with a focus on the areas where eBay has a strong position as a marketplace: recommerce, C2C, eBay Live, and the focus categories eBay Motors, Collectibles, Pre-Loved Fashion, and Luxury. Her priorities include further developing eBay Live, expanding the Pre-Loved offering, and making it easier for sellers to get started in e-commerce. A mathematician with a PhD in bioinformatics, Saskia Meier-Andrae has more than 16 years of experience in the e-commerce industry and held various management and consulting roles before joining eBay in Germany.
