Ulrike Heiland

Ulrike Heiland studied economics and psychology at Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg, graduating in 2015. During and after her studies, she spent around 15 years working in sales at Techniker Krankenkasse, Germany’s largest statutory health insurance fund, with over 12 million members.

During this time, she gained extensive experience in customer relations and the development and maintenance of long-term client partnerships.

Since 2021, she has been working as a Specialist in Sales Support, focusing on the development and implementation of services for international professionals. In this role, she combines her many years of sales expertise with in-depth market analysis, strategic planning, and the targeted adaptation of products and services to meet the needs of specific audiences.
