Your best price for IFA 2027
The baseline is your IFA 2026 rate per m². The date you sign decides the price:
- Before and during IFA, until 8 September: up to 5%* more.
- From 9 September: up to 10% more.
- From January 2027: up to 10% more.
- From April 2027: up to 10% more, plus 20 euro per sqm.
- From June 2027: up to 10% more, plus 30 euro per sqm.
