The main winners of the 2026 IFA Innovation Awards have been announced: Anker, Insta360 and LG have been honoured

The winners of the 2026 IFA Innovation Awards have been announced: Anker, Insta360 and LG Electronics have been awarded the three main prizes in the international awards programme. In addition, IFA recognised winners in 13 further categories spanning the entire spectrum of consumer electronics, home appliances and future tech. For the first time, the winners of the IFA Innovation Awards were honoured at a dedicated awards ceremony held live at IFA.

The ‘Best of IFA’ award for the most outstanding product overall went to the Anker RIC Hearing Aids Pro. The Insta360 Luna Ultra was honoured with the ‘Best of Tech’ award as a pioneering technological achievement. LG Electronics received the ‘Best of Brand’ award for its overall performance and continuous innovation across various product categories.

The entries were assessed by an independent international jury comprising journalists and industry experts. The focus is on, amongst other things, technology and functionality, design, the degree of innovation, and the products’ potential to create sustainable added value for the market and users.

“At IFA, countless new products, technologies and ideas are presented within the space of a few days. The IFA Innovation Awards provide guidance and highlight innovations that stand out for their technological quality, consistent implementation and genuine added value for people,” says Leif Lindner, CEO of IFA Management GmbH. "By holding the awards ceremony for the first time during IFA, we are also giving the winners the big stage and international attention they deserve for their products.”

More than 530 entries were received for this year’s second edition of the IFA Innovation Awards

Following their successful launch last year, the IFA Innovation Awards 2026 saw over 530 entries submitted this year.

In addition to the three main prizes, further innovations were recognised this year in the following 13 categories: Audio, Beauty Technology & Wellbeing, Design, Communication & Connectivity, Computers & Gaming, Content Creation, Household Appliances, Home Entertainment, IFA Next & Future Technologies, Mobility, Smart Home, Sustainability and Technology for Social Value.
