He oversees marketplace growth, seller success, and commercial performance, working closely with teams across Business Development, Account Management, Commercial Operations, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive sustainable growth across Europe.

With more than 12 years of experience in technology and e-commerce, Antoine has built and scaled high-performing commercial organizations throughout his career. Since joining Back Market, he has played a key role in strengthening the seller ecosystem by creating new functions, optimizing commercial operations, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to support the company's continued expansion.
