Christof Windeck

Christof Windeck is senior editor in the hardware section of the computer magazine c’t. Since 1999, he has been testing PCs, servers, processors, RAM, USB devices and single-board computing devices such as the Raspberry Pi. He also writes about semiconductor technology, data centres, supercomputers, hardware security, UEFI BIOS, microcontrollers, RISC-V and embedded systems. In addition, he covers topics such as energy efficiency, green IT and climate protection, as well as product counterfeiting and consumer protection. He also attaches great importance to practical helpline advice and DIY tips. He is responsible for the c’t column ‘Bit-Rauschen’ and the podcast of the same name.
