Jasmin Konnegen (M. Eng.) is a transformation-driven leader bridging the gap between high-level strategy and ground-floor execution in Europe’s electronics industry. As CEO of CHANGE LIGHT-LY and founder of the Proudly Engineered In Europe initiative, she is on a mission to build resilient, highly visible, and interconnected supply chains across the continent.

Jasmin’s edge comes from living every corner of the value chain. Her connection to electronics started at home, where her family’s living space served as an early THT assembly site for the world’s first energy-saving lamps. Starting her career on the factory floor, her instinct for solving structural bottlenecks proved vital during the pandemic, when she led the high-stakes restructuring of a bankrupt Franco-German lighting manufacturer.

Today, with over two decades of cross-disciplinary experience across EMS, software, laboratory R&D, product management, and corporate restructuring, Jasmin actively shapes the industry’s future—balancing strategic advisory with hands-on roles at Berlin-based EMS provider SRM Mikroelektronik and Austrian SaaS pioneer bee produced.
