Karina Kogan

Karina Kogan serves as President and Chief Marketing Officer, overseeing Product, Marketing, and Strategic Alliances, such as the company’s relationship with Google.

With 25+ years of experience, Karina is an award-winning tech executive known for driving revenue growth, digital innovation, and brand equity for some of the industry’s most disruptive companies.
Before Napster, Karina served as Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer at Pvolve, an omnichannel wellness brand partnered with Jennifer Aniston, where she focused on scaling revenue and building integrated customer experiences.

Previously, she was the CMO for ŌURA, a leader in wearable technology, overseeing product marketing, brand strategy, advertising, creative, ambassador, social, communications, eComm, and partnerships.  As SVP & Global Head of Product Marketing at Peloton, she managed go-to-market for all Peloton connected fitness and digital products, as well as media, lifecycle, corporate wellness, and marketing analytics. She also held senior executive roles at WarnerMedia, Participant Media, and Spin Media.

Karina also holds board and advisory posts at Jackpot.com, AIR (Advanced Inhalation Rituals), and FightCamp. She has a BA in political science from Barnard College.
