Karina Kogan

Karina Kogan is the President and CMO, Napster Corp. (formerly Infinite Reality) overseeing Product, Marketing, and Strategic Alliances. 

With more than 25 years of experience, Karina is an award-winning technology executive with a proven track record of fueling brand equity, revenue growth, and digital innovation for disruptive brands.  

Before Napster Corp., Karina served as Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer at Pvolve, an omnichannel wellness brand partnered with Jennifer Aniston, where she focused on scaling revenue and building integrated customer experiences.

Previously, she was the CMO of ŌURA, a leader in wearable technology, overseeing all aspects of marketing (brand, creative, advertising, partnerships, communications, etc.), D2C eCommerce, content, and membership. As SVP & Global Head of Product Marketing at Peloton, she managed go-to-market for all Peloton connected fitness and digital products, as well as media planning and buying, lifecycle, B2B, and marketing analytics. She also held senior executive roles at WarnerMedia, Participant Media, and Spin Media.

Karina holds board and advisory posts at Jackpot.com, AIR (Advanced Inhalation Rituals), Mesa and FightCamp. She has a BA in political science from Barnard College.
