Matt Baldock

Matt Baldock has been in the packaging industry since he was 6 years old; his grandfather owned a packaging print house in East London. After completing his education at a prestigious London school, Russell Group University and a further postgraduate degree, he took his only job outside packaging – as an intern to build his business credentials. The packaging industry return came soon after, and he has worked for companies such as Amcor and the Adapa Group, most recently finishing a 5 year spell at Sealed Air. He was promoted to Business Development Director – EMEA and was appointed the ‘Startup CEO’ for a recent internal venture (2022). In between, he has strong entrepreneurial experience founding a successful consultancy and also a disruptor in the digital packaging space, both exited. Matt joins Paptic as he believes in the ambitious mission as outlined by the Founders, and as a climate and sustainability activist, feels the company aligns with his core values. Matt has also represented the Team GB triathlon team in numerous international events.
