Europe’s Missing Execution Layer: From Innovation to Industrial Advantage
Europe does not lack ideas, technology or capital. The harder challenge is turning them into deployment at scale. Drawing on conversations with corporate leaders, investors, policymakers and researchers across Europe, Asia and the US, I will explore why promising technologies so often stall between pilot and adoption, and what it takes to close that gap. From AI and robotics to industrial transformation and workforce resilience, the next advantage will come from aligning capital, demand, infrastructure, incentives and people around outcomes that matter.

The question is no longer only what can be invented. It is what Europe is prepared to deploy.
