Sarah Robb O'Hagan

Sarah Robb O’Hagan is the Chief Content and Member Development Officer of Peloton, having held the role since April 2026. She is responsible for accelerating innovation across Peloton’s growing content ecosystem, while driving engagement, improving outcomes and reinforcing the loyalty of Members globally.

Prior to joining Peloton, Sarah served as CEO of EXOS, where she led the company’s digital transformation into a performance coaching platform. Her deep fitness industry expertise includes roles such as Global President of Equinox, as well as her role as the Global President of Gatorade leading the business evolution into a broader sports nutrition platform. A visionary leader with a track record of transformational growth, Sarah has been recognized as one of Forbes’ “Most Powerful Women in Sports” and one of Fast Company’s “Most Creative People in Business.”

A passionate advocate for the power of an active lifestyle, Sarah also serves on the boards of JetBlue Airways and previously Strava. She has previously served on the US State Department Council to Empower Women and Girls through Sports. A proud Kiwi-American, she is also an active member of the World Class New Zealand Network.

A longtime Peloton Member, Sarah (Peloton Leaderboard: @ExtremeSRO) lives in New York with her husband, Liam, and their three children.
